Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately due to our print on demand company's policy returns/exchanges on orders due to the wrong size being ordered, buyers remorse, or an item not fitting the way you'd like are not available.
Exchanges are only available on orders that were sent a wrong size, wrong item, or damaged product.

How long will it take to process my order?
At this time the majority of our products are ran through a print on demand company. That said, depending on the product it could take 1-2 weeks for your order to first be made and then shipped. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
How do I track my order (I have my tracking number)?
Follow the link below that is associated with the shipping that you purchased. Once there you’ll be able to input your tracking number to easily track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email for your tracking to update and show any progress. How do I track my order(I DON’T have my tracking number)?
If you purchased shipping that includes tracking, but you cannot find it, please contact info@darkacediscgolf.com with your contact info and order confirmation number and we will get your tracking number to you!
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If the order has already been processed we may not be able to modify or change your order before it gets shipped out. However, if we are able, changes or modifications shouldn’t be a problem. If we do make changes, price changes could apply.

What do I do if I made an error on any of my personal info for the order?
Whether it be for your name, email, or address- if your order hasn't been fulfilled we should be able to make any changes for you without issue. Once the package has been shipped, it is unfortunately out of our hands. However, we will still keep you up to date on the order. If it is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you.

I received the wrong size, how does this get fixed?
Oh no! We are sorry we got the wrong size. Please reachout to us immediately at darkaceapparel@gmail.com and we will rectify the situation! Please include a picture of what you received and your order number.
I ordered the wrong item and/or size(Order unfulfilled)!
If your order hasn't been fulfilled, reach out to us immediately at darkaceapparel@gmail.com with the size changes you need, and we should be able to make any changes for you without issue as long as we have that size in stock.
I ordered the wrong item and/or size (Filled/ Shipped)!
Once the package has left our warehouse we unfortunately can't make any adjustments. Per the above we also can't do exchanges on orders where the wrong item was ordered.

I received damaged/ broken products !
At Dark Ace we pride ourselves in packing your orders as safely as possible. However, there is always a chance that your product can be damaged while in transit to you.
If the product(s) arrive damaged please contact us at darkaceapparel@gmail.com and we will be happy to rectify the situation!
- Please include your order number, photos of your broken product(s), and a photo of the paper receipt in your order.
Once we've received your email we'll be able to set up a new order to be on your way asap!
I'm missing items from my order, what do I do?
We are so sorry! Please email us immediately at darkaceapparel@gmail.com with your order number, what product is missing, and a photo or your paper invoice- we will be happy to rectify the situation!
When are ____ items going to be back in stock?
If you find something you love but we are currently Out of Stock in your size, we suggest you sign up for a restock alert on that product's page. You will be notified via email when that product is back in stock. Some sizes we do not keep in stock as frequently, this has to do with demand!

Do you ship internationally?
Short Answer: YES! We work with a print on demand company that ships internationally.
How long does it take for my order to arrive once shipped?
Please note that all shipping time frames do not include the time it takes to process your order, and also do not include pre order/ made to order time frames.
Domestic:
- USPS 5 Day(5 BUSINESS* days after the order has SHIPPED)
- Fedex 2 Day(2 BUSINESS* days after the order has SHIPPED)
*Business days are Monday-Friday and all bank holidays

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Unfortunately we do not as the majority of our items are made to order.
My tracking number shows my package was delivered but it wasn't. Help!
We understand how frustrating it can be to have a package go missing, but unfortunately we have no control over a package once it leaves our warehouse.
That said, follow the following steps based on what shipping provider you went through:
USPS: Notorious for scanning orders as “delivered” before they’ve actually been delivered. If you do not see your package on the day you received a “delivered” notification please give it a day or two. Also regularly check with neighbors or others you may live with. If you still haven’t received your package please reach out to our customer support via darkaceapparel@gmaill.com
Why was my package returned to you guys?
If your package is returned to our warehouse, don’t panic. There are several reasons this can occur, and our support staff will send you an email in regards to how to best get it back on its way to you.
