ORDERING QUESTIONS:

How long will it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 full business days depending on our order volume, unless this is an image or engraved product (Link FAQ for that). As a smaller independent company we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible and we appreciate your understanding during the busy seasons.

Processing time is different from shipping time, so please refer to the "Shipping Questions" portion of our FAQs for any questions regarding that. If you have any further questions or concerns please email support@plugyourholes.com 

How do I track my order (I have my tracking number)?

Follow the link below that is associated with the shipping that you purchased. Once there you’ll be able to input your tracking number to easily track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email for your tracking to update and show any progress. How do I track my order(I DON’T have my tracking number)?

If you purchased shipping that includes tracking, but you cannot find it, please contact info@darkacediscgolf.com with your contact info and order confirmation number and we will get your tracking number to you!

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If the order has already been processed we may not be able to modify or change your order before it gets shipped out. However, if we are able, changes or modifications shouldn’t be a problem. If we do make changes, price changes could apply.

What do I do if I made an error on any of my personal info for the order?

Whether it be for your name, email, or address- if your order hasn't been fulfilled we should be able to make any changes for you without issue. Once the package has left our warehouse, it is unfortunately out of our hands. However, we will still keep you up to date on the order. If it is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you.

I received the wrong size, how does this get fixed?

Oh no! We are sorry we got the wrong size. Please reachout to us immediately at info@darkacediscgolf.com and we will rectify the situation!

I ordered the wrong item and/or size(Order unfulfilled)!

If your order hasn't been fulfilled, reach out to us immediately at info@darkacediscgolf.com with the size changes you need, and we should be able to make any changes for you without issue as long as we have that size in stock. 

I ordered the wrong item and/or size (Filled/ Shipped)!

I received damaged/ broken products !

At Dark Ace we pride ourselves in packing your orders as safely as possible. However, there is always a chance that your product can be damaged while in transit to you.

If the product(s) arrive damaged please contact us at info@darkacediscgolf.com and we will be happy to rectify the situation!
- Please include your order number, photos of your broken product(s), and a photo of the paper receipt in your order.
- The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once we get the above info, we will send you a return label via email.

I'm missing items from my order, what do I do?

We are so sorry! Please email us immediately at info@darkacediscgolf.com with your order number,  what product is missing, and a photo or your paper invoice- we will be happy to rectify the situation!

We do our best to catch any mistakes before they go out the door. However, we are all human here at Dark Ace and sometimes we mess up.

When are ____ items going to be back in stock?

If you find something you love but we are currently Out of Stock in your size, we suggest you sign up for a restock alert on that product's page. You will be notified via email when that product is back in stock. Some sizes we do not keep in stock as frequently, this has to do with demand! 

 

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Do you ship internationally?

Short Answer: YES > WORLDWIDE! All of our international orders are shipped via the all trustworthy Fedex! Now, this does unfortunately mean that we can't ship to PO boxes internationally so please provide a home address. 

How long does it take for my order to arrive once shipped?

Please note that all shipping time frames do not include the time it takes to process your order, and also do not include pre order/ made to order time frames.

Domestic:

  • Fedex 2 Day(2 BUSINESS* days after the order has SHIPPED)

*Business days are Monday-Friday and all bank holidays

International:

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We offer Domestic FedEx 2-Day and Overnight for our customers.International Economy, Priority & Connect Plus for our international customers.

 

My tracking number shows my package was delivered but it wasn't. Help!

We understand how frustrating it can be to have a package go missing, but unfortunately we have no control over a package once it leaves our warehouse. 

That said, follow the following steps based on what shipping provider you went through:

USPS: Notorious for scanning orders as “delivered” before they’ve actually been delivered. If you do not see your package on the day you received a “delivered” notification please give it a day or two. Also regularly check with neighbors or others you may live with. If you still haven’t received your package please reach out to our customer support via info@darkacediscgolf.com

Fedex: If your package says it’s been delivered,but obviously hasn’t please reach out to our support team at infor@darkacediscgolf.com. If it is determined that the solution is to reissue the order we are happy to do so. However, if the order wasn’t received due to an entry error on your part at checkout we will just ask that you cover the cost of shipping. This will be discussed via email with our customer support.  

 

Why was my package returned to you guys?

If your package is returned to our warehouse, don’t panic. There are several reasons this can occur, and our support staff will send you an email in regards to how to best get it back on its way to you.

RETURN QUESTIONS

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges. If there are any issues with your order you can send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your package.

What's your return policy? 

Shipping fees may apply to your return depending on the situation:
- If we made a mistake (ex: we sent you the incorrect size, you received the wrong color, product arrived damaged, etc.) then we will cover the cost of shipping
- If you made a mistake (ex: you chose the wrong size/color when ordering, or you simply just don't like them) then $5 will be taken out of your total refund to cover shipping costs - we’re happy to send you store credit, upon your request

If the product(s) damaged we'll be happy to send you a new one free of charge as well as a bonus gift card for the mishap/inconvenience. 
- Please include your order number and photos of your broken product(s) and we will send you a return label via email.
- The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date.
